Yes, it is spring time again! This is the time when spring flowers grow like tulips, daffodils and narcissus. The tulips in our garden are slowly dying now. Some are still blooming. Spring season is the time when I always hear the chirping and singing of the birds outside. The surroundings slowly turn to green again. Grasses grow and the trees are slowly bearing leaves.

Sometimes the weather change drastically during this season. Last Tuesday, we had quite a cold temperature of 3 degree Celsius (37.4 Fahrenheit). Yesterday, it was 22 degree Celsius (71.6 Fahrenheit). The good thing is, winter is over and the snow were totally gone now. This is one season of the year that I love most because the flowering plants start to bloom in our garden.

For me, spring time also means the start of grill season! I went grocery shopping this morning and ordered some marinated meat for grilling anytime soon. I believed five kilos of meat is already good for 6 persons. Right folks? I also went to a store that sells Huge Range of Gas & Charcoal BBQs. I just did some window shopping which brand and model to buy.  I  already had my choice but  I need to confirm first to hubby if  that is also  the one he  wants. He mentioned last weekend that he wanted a new Gas BBQ. I guess, he is already tired with our charcoal one. Gas BBQ is more convenient than the charcoal BBQ. You just turn on the knob of a gas BBQ and with the charcoal one, sometimes you have to wait an hour before you can start grilling. It is also easy to clean..

At the moment, we don’t have a kitchen because we are  renovating it. Grilling meat or vegetable  is the best alternate to do instead of cooking. I have a portable electric burner which I use for cooking sometimes. I hope hubby can decide soon which gas BBQ to buy.
